Reserved for hotel and villa guests for dinner, L'Atelier offers tasty local produce cooked at the market. A relaxed, family atmosphere in which to share a meal while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

The chef Eric Prowalski


“I’m lucky; I have two cultures to draw on! One comes from my family background in the south-west of France. Then there’s the culture of my adopted region (Annecy in the Haute-Savoie), where I’ve been given a great welcome. Every day, I create a specific palette of tastes from these two sources of inspiration.” Eric Prowalski, winner of the Gault et Millau seafood trophy for 2019.

He has been directing Les Trésom’s kitchens since 2011. Today, chef Eric Prowalski’s approach is inspired partly by the plains of Aquitaine and partly by the steeper terrain of the Alps. These are two unspoiled regions, with strong and complementary cultures. Their spirit enables our chef to give you a gastronomic experience of conspicuous excellence, favouring low food-miles and local suppliers in Savoie, with nuances that recall his origins.
